I have it that the brown pelicans at the Ingleside Naval Station feed out of the dumpsters there. Any truth to that?

That’s an interesting ship that you photographed with the extended bridge, and what looks to be red (ballast?) balls hanging from the ends. Might be an oil tanker. Any chance of zooming in and getting her name on the starboard side in the RAW file?
